Where are you located and do you travel?
A.We are based in Houston, Tx. We serve the lovely people in the Greater Houston area and yes we travel.
How far in advance should I book a session?
A.We highly recommend booking your session 2 to 3 weeks in advance. We are happy to accommodate last min photoshoots , but we recommend booking in advance to eliminate any stress.
What forms of payment do you accept?
A.We accept Cash, Zelle, Tap to pay, and any cards payments.
Can packages be customized?
A.Absolutely! Contact us and we can customize a package that incorporates all your wants and needs.
Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, a 25% deposit is required when you book your appointment. The deposit goes towards your final cost.
When is payment due?
A.Payments are due 2days prior to your session date.
Do you pose your clients?
A.Yes! I have a few things up my sleeve to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera. Figuring out what to do in front of the camera can be stressful. My job is to make your session fun and as stress free as possible.
What is the turn around time?
A.Turnaround times are subject to change depending on the session. Please keep this in mind when booking. If you would like to expedite your gallery, a rush fee will be added.
( Portraits ) : 7- 10 Business Days
( Events ) : 2 - 4 weeks
( Weddings ) : 6- 12 weeks
I’m on a budget. Do you offer payment plans?
A.Luxury looks at an affordable cost. Payment plans are available. We can customize a plan to stretch the payments out to accommodate your budget.
How can I get physical copies of my pictures?
A.When you receive your high quality digital gallery you will be able to purchase prints from our store.
